Belt conveyors are simple–a flat, moving belt, a single drive that is used to move a variety of product sizes, shapes and weights effectively for long lengths. Belt conveyors are great for moving products through elevations, for example from floor to floor. Heinrich Brothers Inc. is a trusted conveyor belt distributor and has installed numerous belt conveyors, up to a 25-foot change in elevation.

There are two types of belt conveyors: Incline Belt Conveyors which go from low to high; and Decline Belt Conveyors with go from high to low.
Belt conveyors are available in custom widths. Standard belt conveyor widths are 12 to 72-inch. Lengths are typically five to 100 feet in length.
